These dairy free Halloween biscuits are perfect for parties. They are allergy friendly with no gluten, dairy, soya or egg, or any of the top 14 allergens! They are also suitable for vegans. I made these for my daughter's preschool Halloween party last year and they were popular with all the children - we brought home an empty biscuit tin!
I used my allergy friendly gingerbread biscuits recipe, and some Halloween cookie cutters, plus a standard gingerbread man cutter for the skeleton. Then I simply decorated using shop bought writing icing to make designs for a ghost, skeleton, bat and pumpkin. Of course, being allergy-friendly biscuits, I had to make the pumpkin teal!
